Let My People Go.

Because Never Again is Now.

During Passover, our Let My People Go campaign raised over $320,000 to free our immigrant neighbors from ICE detention. With your support, more than 40 people have been liberated from ICE concentration camps.

Across the country, thousands of children, parents, siblings, and friends remain caged for their immigration status alone, trapped in unhygienic, unsafe facilities where COVID-19 is running rampant and social distancing is impossible.

This is an emergency.

That’s why Jews and our allies are continuing to raise money to secure the freedom of as many of our immigrant neighbors as possible, NOW.

Like the Nazis leading up to and during the Holocaust, Trump and ICE are capitalizing on this crisis to direct natural fear and anger towards hatred of the outsider. We know from our own history what happens when civilians don’t stand up. We must act immediately, both to stand up for our friends and neighbors, and to reject the xenophobia that attends rising fascism.

Some of our immigrant neighbors are eligible for freedom but remain caged because they cannot afford to pay ICE’s demand for ransom—immigration bond—which can be as high as $25,000, or more.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed the inhumanity and injustice of immigration detention. Help us reach our new campaign goal of $500,000 with a donation today to our partners at the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund and join the call for ICE to close the camps so no immigrant will ever have to be subjected to unsafe, inhumane conditions in this country again.

Because no one is free until everyone is free.

Thank you for joining us.
